- Must be 18 years or older.
- Not recommended for participants with back, heart, mobility, or hearing issues, or other serious medical conditions.
- PLAN A: Join insurance for 1,000 JPY (USD$6) and not worry about damages in case of an accident. - PLAN B: No insurance and may have to pay 50,000+ JPY worth of damages in case of an accident.
- A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) under the 1949 Geneva Convention is required.
- Licenses from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco also require a JAF-issued Japanese translation.
- Licenses from countries not under the 1949 Geneva Convention (e.g., China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar) cannot be used.
- Participants must bring their original IDP (or license + translation if required) and passport.
After Booking: Please email (culturebox.harajuku@gmail.com) a copy/photo of all participants’ IDPs (cover & ID page) with the lead participant name and booking reference for verification.
Passport-specific Notes:
- US/Canada/Australia:
IDP must be in booklet form (A–E classification). Present IDP, original license, and passport.
- India:
IDP must be issued by Automobile Association of Western, Upper, Eastern, or Southern India (booklet form, A–E). Present IDP, original license, and passport.
- Intoxicated participants will be refused entry. No refund will be issued.
- Flip-flops, sandals, or high heels are not allowed.
- Booking confirmation will be sent within 48 hours. Contact support if not received. (culturebox.harajuku@gmail.com)
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the activity.
