- Participants must bring their original IDP (or license + translation if required) and passport.
After Booking: Please email (culturebox.harajuku@gmail.com) a copy/photo of all participants’ IDPs (cover & ID page) with the lead participant name and booking reference for verification.
Passport-specific Notes:
- US/Canada/Australia:
IDP must be in booklet form (A–E classification). Present IDP, original license, and passport.
- India:
IDP must be issued by Automobile Association of Western, Upper, Eastern, or Southern India (booklet form, A–E). Present IDP, original license, and passport.
- Intoxicated participants will be refused entry. No refund will be issued.
- Flip-flops, sandals, or high heels are not allowed.
- Booking confirmation will be sent within 48 hours. Contact support if not received. (culturebox.harajuku@gmail.com)
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the activity.
- Late arrivals, no-shows, or customer-caused issues (forgotten documents, invalid license) cannot be refunded. Rescheduling fee 2,000 JPY per person applies.
- Present your mobile voucher at the reception. (Voucher is valid only on the booked date and time.)
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure.
